Payment
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product or another agreement has been made.

Shipping
We typically ship with PostNord, but we always strive to find the best partner to deliver to your location within a reasonable time.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Items not eligible for withdrawal
Certain items are custom-made and are not eligible for return. These items are clearly marked, and we will notify you again after purchase before final ordering. This only applies to items so specialized that they cannot be resold or returned to the supplier.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can send an email to (insert email address) or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to accept delivery without also notifying us.

Partial Withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items even if they were bought in a single order.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item.
You must pay for return shipping yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

No Right of Withdrawal

Subscription agreements cannot be canceled.

Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have been clearly personalized.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
If the item has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, you may only receive a partial refund. The amount depends on the commercial value of the item and may, in some cases, result in only the shipping costs being refunded.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a reduction in value.

Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or documentation proving that it has been returned.

Complaints (Warranty Claims)
When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means you have a 24-month warranty.

If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months, it will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for shipping so we can refund your costs.

Subscription Agreement
Binding period: 12 months (automatically renewed until terminated).

Payment is charged monthly.

Termination must be made at least 30 days before the due date; otherwise, the subscription will renew automatically.

Privacy Policy
We require the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and share personal data necessary to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is registered with Danish Motorcycle Parts ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors within the EU or in countries that provide adequate protection for your data.

You have the right to access the information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it—for example, if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
