The BURLY BRAND Brawler Kit for Bagger Touring 2009-2023 is a complete front and rear crash bar system designed for serious Touring riders. Combining sleek styling with functional protection, the kit safeguards both the engine area and saddlebags in the event of a tip-over. Its innovative design features replaceable Delrin sliders that help protect the bike while maintaining a premium appearance. TIG-welded construction and heavy-duty 7-gauge mild steel mounts ensure maximum durability. All necessary mounting hardware is included.

The front crash bar protects vital engine and frame components, while the rear crash bars defend the saddlebags—an essential feature for larger bagger models. The replaceable Delrin sliders are designed to absorb impact and can easily be replaced if worn, extending the life of the crash bar system.

Important fitment notes:

  • Front chin spoiler may need to be removed or replaced with an oil cooler cover.

  • Not compatible with Twin-Cooled Touring models due to interference with water cooling lines.

  • 2015-2023 Road Glide models (except specific CVO and special editions) require a new lower fairing support bracket (H-D P/N 47200354 recommended, not included).

Designed for Harley-Davidson Touring models from 2009-2023 (with noted exceptions).
